1. 1. 1. Candidates may only petition exam procedures, but not substance or content
      2. A procedural review will be conducted for each qualified petition accepted.
      3. In case the petition resulted in a change in the score, the petition fee will be fully refunded
      4. Each petition will require a processing time of no less than 2 weeks
      5. Score is revealed to petition candidates
